Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You must notify us of your intention to cancel within this 14-day period.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Conditions for Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, items must be:

Unused
Unwashed
Unopened
In original packaging
In resaleable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges where stock is available.

Customers must cover return postage.
If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
We reserve the right to charge postage for sending the replacement item unless the original product was faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide clear photographic evidence where available.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, including covering reasonable return costs.

Safety Notice

Products may arrive in protective plastic packaging. Packaging materials may pose a choking hazard and must be kept away from babies and young children.

Always supervise children during use.
